Please print a copy of the inspection agreement and initial the appropriate lines on page one. Please check and initial the appropriate areas on page two and sign and date the agreement. You may either bring the agreement to the inspection to give to the inspector or you may fax your initialed and signed agreement to our office at 720-294-9891.
